Woman Talks' Tag it Bag it Promo

Last December 2011 Woman Talks Facebook Promo was called "Tag It Bag It". Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, they upload a NEW photo to the album. It will be of an AWESOME product and a Lactacyd gift pack. If you want to WIN what's on the photo, TAG your name on that photo, leave a comment telling WHY you want that gift. What a Great start of my 2012!

Escabeche Oh la la

Ingredients:

1/2 kl. Maya-maya
100 g. Dole Tomato Sauce
1 carrot cut into strips
1 green bell pepper cut into strips
garlic minced
onion slice
ginger cut into strip
3/4 cup water
1 tbs. sugar
salt & pepper

Procedure:

1. Rub the fish with salt and fry over high heat until it turns golden brown. Let it rest on paper towels to remove excess grease.


2. Saute ginger, garlic and onion. Add tomato sauce, water, salt, sugar and pepper.

3. When the mixture boil, add carrots and green bell pepper. Simmer for 3 minutes.


4. Add the fried fish and bring to a boil then turn off the stove.


5. Serve hot and enjoy eating!

Gardenia Pudding Special

Ingredients:

4 pcs. Gardenia Pandesal, cut into small pieces

2 cups milk

2 teaspoons cinnamon

¼ cup butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 eggs

2/3 cup brown sugar

¼ cup raisins

¼ cup cashew nuts

Directions:

1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F.

2. In medium saucepan heat milk over medium heat . Add butter, stirring until butter is melted. Cool to lukewarm.

3. Combine sugar, eggs, cinnamon, and vanilla. Beat with an electric mixer at medium speed for 1 minute. Slowly add milk mixture.

4. Place bread in a lightly greased baking dish.

5. Sprinkle with raisins and cashew nuts. Pour batter on top of bread.

6. Bake for 45 minutes or until set. Serve warm.

Preparation and cooking time: 60 mins.

Newsprint Manicure

A simple DIY nail art that can add a twist to your manicure.

Here's how to do it:

1. Layer a piece of newspaper over a polished nail (preferably done over a light shade polish).

2. Press a cotton ball dipped in rubbing alcohol over the newsprint so the text transfers to the nail. Hold a few seconds.

3. Lift the newspaper from nail. Let dry.

4. Finish with a top coat.

What would I give up for an Asus Monitor?

These are the things that I would give up for a new 23" Asus ML Series 229H LED Monitor:

This is my favorite perfume, I would give it up for an Asus ML Series Monitor. I know I can live without perfume but I can't live without "Asus ML Series: True colors in every angle"!

Meet Seon Deok our lovely flower horn fish. She knows how much I love her. We already talk heart to heart, face to face, girl to girl and she understand. I would give her up for an Asus ML Series Monitor. Because she knew how much I needed "Asus ML Series: True colors in every angle". That's why she agreed about the deal, see.... she is such a wonderful and understanding fish!

Maja Blanca is one of my specialty, I keep my recipe as a secret...........oops that's not what you think....... I'm not selfish! It's a secret because this is the only thing I can be proud of.
